We manage over 100 long term residential rentals at Incline Vacation Rentals, Inc. All of our rentals are located in Incline Village, Nevada, on the North shore of Lake Tahoe. Long Term Rentals are primarily for year round residency. Most of our Incline Village leases are from June 1st to June 1st. There are exceptions and property availability is always changing. Incline Village on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe is a special place to live year round. There are activities available to people of all interests and the Incline Village schools are excellent. Incline Village is a unique community because the property owners own all of the community recreation facilities much like a homeowner association. Most Incline Village property owners will allow Incline Vacation Rentals to assign Incline Village Recreation privileges to our long term tenants. The Incline Village Recreation card allows residents to access our private Lake Tahoe beaches located in the heart of Incline Village. The privileges also give tenant resident rates at the Incline Village Recreation Center. The Rec Center has an indoor pool, gymnasium, exercise equipment, and offers many classes. Tenants also get resident rates at the Incline Village Tennis Center, Diamond Peak Ski Resort and our two golf courses.
