Forest Pines condos are located about one and a half blocks from the beach, near the Hyatt and the main part of town. The complex has a pool and hot tub. The Skylake condos are located about 1 1/2 blocks from the beach and near the main part of town. The Village Highlands complex is on the corner across the street from the other two.

***Please note: In addition to the nightly rates listed there is a one time $30 booking fee, a one time cleaning fee of $75-$675 (depending on property size), 12% tax, plus a refundable damage deposit. All of our Incline Village vacation rental properties are equipped with full kitchens (including microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker), TV, VCR and/or DVD player, Telephone, linens and towels. Many have high speed internet access. Most have washers and dryers and multiple TV's. All Incline Vacation Rentals properties and prices are subject to change. There is a 7 night minimum for all dates between December 26th and January 4th. All on-line booking dates must be approved by IVR before they will be confirmed. Reservations cannot be booked more than 6 months in advance.
